21. Refunds and returns

RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you've been thinking about trying LabradorableCo, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Return requests must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a tracked service.
  • Items purchased with gift cards or store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If you are returning your Fur-Free Lifestyle Kit under our 30-day money-back guarantee and received a promotional free gift, this must also be returned in original, undamaged condition, or the promotional free gift price will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you return part of a bundle, we will deduct the retail price of the items you keep from your refund.

Cancel Order / Change of Mind

To cancel an order, email hello@labradorableco.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. Cancellation refunds may incur a fee due to third-party payment gateway charges (this is not charged by us).

LabradorableCo reserves the right to accept or reject return requests on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for any injury or loss caused by the misuse of our products.

Competition A — Gift Card Draw. One prize: a LabradorableCo digital gift card valued at AUD $100.

You are entered into whichever competition was shown on the sign-up form you completed. Each has one winner.


Entry

Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, submit a valid email address via the LabradorableCo sign-up form before 11:59pm AEST, 30 September 2026. One entry per person.

By entering you consent to receive marketing emails from LabradorableCo. You can unsubscribe at any time, and doing so does not affect your entry.

Employees and contractors of LabradorableCo and their immediate families are not eligible.


The draw

Both winners will be drawn at random on 1 October 2026 using a computerised random selection method. The Promoter's decision is final.

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part.


Winners

Each winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter, within two business 
days of the draw, and must respond within 14 days to claim.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or the email address is invalid, LabradorableCo may redraw within 30 days.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Physical prizes are delivered to Australian addresses only. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from issue.

LabradorableCo may publish a winner's first name and state. Winners may opt out of this by advising us in writing.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, LabradorableCo is not liable for any loss arising from participation or from use of a prize.

LabradorableCo may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

These terms cannot be varied once a promotion has commenced.

These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any other social media platform.
